This Consent is a standalone document provided in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data” (the “Personal Data Law”) and does not form part of any other document or agreement.

By submitting a form on grand-mission.com, I, acting freely, of my own will, and in my own interests, consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below.

2.1. Consent is provided by the person who completes a form on the Website. The Personal Data Subject is identified by the information they enter in the form fields.

2.2. Consent is deemed provided when the person checks the relevant box in the form and clicks the form submission button. The date and time of consent, IP address, and version of this Consent are recorded by the Operator and stored together with the personal data received.

3. Personal data covered by consent

• surname, given name, and patronymic;

• telephone number;

• email address;

• messenger identifier;

• city;

• the program participant’s age and school grade or year of study;

• the content of the inquiry and other information I provide voluntarily;

• IP address, browser and device information, and date and time of access, which are recorded automatically.

3.1. Special categories of personal data, including health data, and biometric personal data are not processed under this Consent.

4. Purposes of personal data processing

• reviewing and processing my application or inquiry;

• contacting me to clarify my request, including by telephone, email, and messenger;

• providing a consultation and agreeing on the terms of services;

• sending me documents and information relating to my inquiry;

• maintaining the Operator’s inquiry records and client database.

4.1. This Consent does not cover the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending promotional and informational messages. Such processing is carried out on the basis of separate consent.

5. Processing actions and methods

5.1. I consent to the following actions: collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating or modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision or access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

5.2. Processing is carried out using a combination of automated and non-automated means. No decisions that produce legal consequences for me are made solely on the basis of automated processing.

6. Parties processing data on the Operator’s instructions

6.1. I consent to the Operator entrusting the processing of my personal data to the following parties, which support the operation of the Website and the management of inquiries, subject to their confidentiality obligations:

6.2. The parties listed above are registered in the Russian Federation and process personal data using databases located in the Russian Federation.

6.3. My personal data are not transferred across national borders.

7. Consent concerning a minor

7.1. If the program participant is under 18, I confirm that I am the participant’s parent or other legal representative and that I am authorized to consent to the processing of the participant’s personal data.

7.2. In that case, this Consent also applies to the minor participant’s personal data that I enter in the form, to the extent and for the purposes specified in Sections 3 and 4.

8. Term and withdrawal of consent

8.1. This Consent remains valid until the purposes of processing have been achieved, but for no more than one year from the date it is provided if no agreement is entered into between me and the Operator during that period. If an agreement is entered into, the processing period is governed by the Personal Data Processing Policy.

8.2. I may withdraw this Consent at any time by sending a notice to sn@grand-mission.com or in writing to the Operator’s address specified in Section 1.

8.3. Personal data processing will cease, and the personal data will be destroyed within 30 days after the withdrawal is received, except where the laws of the Russian Federation require continued retention.

8.4. Withdrawal of consent does not require the Operator to stop processing personal data where such processing is based on other lawful grounds.

9. Acknowledgments

9.1. I confirm that I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy available at grand-mission.com/privacy and the contents of this Consent.

9.2. I confirm that the personal data I provide are accurate and that I do not provide personal data of third parties unless I have the required authority to do so.

9.3. I have been informed of my rights under Chapter 3 of the Personal Data Law and of the procedure for exercising those rights set out in Section 11 of the Policy.
